Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
All parts, manuals, and accessories must be included.
Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Email returns@x-mounts.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our support team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
Ship the item(s) back to the return address provided.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. X‑Mounts is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We accept exchanges for items that are unused and in original condition.
To request an exchange, contact returns@x-mounts.com.
Customers are responsible for shipping both ways unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
A 25% restocking fee may apply to returns unless you are requesting store credit or making an exchange.
If we shipped you the wrong item, the restocking fee is waived.
Adhesive-based mounts or any item that has been mounted or installed are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
