At X‑Mounts, we strive to process and ship your order quickly and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST typically ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS.
Shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout. You’ll be able to select the method that best suits your needs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 business hours for tracking updates to appear.  

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on select items or order values.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Note: We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, X‑Mounts is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, or incorrect/incomplete addresses.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact us at support@x-mounts.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if eligible.
